Clear Refund & Cancellation Guidelines

This policy governs refunds and cancellations for all digital products and services offered by CareerSense. Please review carefully to understand your rights.

Nature of Products and Services

CareerSense provides digital educational services and platform access.

All offerings are non-physical and delivered electronically.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once access has been activated.

However, refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  1. 1 Duplicate payment for the same service
  2. 2 Technical failure resulting in non-access to purchased content
  3. 3 Payment processed successfully but service not activated due to system error

Refund Request Requirements

  • Be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • Include transaction details and registered email ID
  • Be sent to: support@CareerSense.in

Each request will be reviewed, and the final decision will be made by CareerSense management.

Cancellation Policy

Since all offerings are digital in nature:

  • Cancellations are not applicable after successful payment.
  • Users are advised to carefully review product/service details before completing a purchase.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Processing may take 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used
